World's Smallest Desert, Eh?

Even though it is technically not a desert because the area is too humid, the Yukon locals know the Carcross Desert as the world's smallest at approximately 2.6 square kilometres. Enough of the scientific speak even though I love it.

I saw this when me and my mother were driving to Skagway, Alaska from Whitehorse, Yukon. We were driving by and I told her we had to stop for this. It was quite an amazing site. There was a group there with Quads that were just tearing though it having a blast. Not harming the beauty of it at all, but sadly I missed getting there picture.
